Our Church Home

Hamilton Square Baptist Church has been blessed with an unusually fine church building in an unusually fine location.  Just one block from the very center of municipal transportation lines in the city, the church owns a 26,000 square foot facility of beautiful Spanish architecture.

The church’s courtyard, with its delightfully scenic gardens and fountain, was the subject of an award for contributing to the beauty of our neighborhood, and has become an “icon” to the people in the surrounding area.

The church met first in the downstairs part of the building in the later years of World War II and completed the present structure in 1948. In the good providence of God the property is debt free and provides a wonderful facility for the church and its many ministries.
